I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is lovely and close to nature, with beautiful views, but the rooms on the lower floors can suffer from construction views and poor air conditioning. The service from the staff was warm and welcoming, which made a positive impact on my stay. Dining was definitely a highlight, with delicious food and many options. Overall, it’s a great place if you can find a good room!

The room I stayed in on the 4th floor offered a wonderful view of the pools and surrounding mountains, but it was quite hot and the air conditioning wasn't very effective. A friend's room on the first floor had a poor view of construction.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, with the baby cot I requested already set up for my little one. The service was a bit lacking, though, as we had to chase the staff for our orders. The location was nice, surrounded by lots of greenery, but the slippery areas made it a bit tricky at times.
